Most products have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the shipping date to request a return. Hygea Natural products have 7 days after delivery to contact us for a return RMA. The Quietpure Whisper, the Quietpure Compact and BlueAir Compatible replacement filters have 14 days for returns due to manufacturing defect or shipping damage. Allerair air purifier returns that are not damaged or defective from manufacturing in any way will have a 25% restocking fee and you are responsible for return shipping. Reliable & Uberlight will qualify for free shipping.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If this return is due to shipping damages, a manufacturer's defect or you received the wrong item, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Reliable Steam Cleaner products may be returned prepaid within 30 days of original receipt for a refund of the purchase price if it were caused by a defect through manufacturing or damaged through shipping. On equipment being returned with out any defects through manufacturing or damages from shipping that has seen usage, a 10% to 20% restocking charge will apply depending on the condition of the return. Reliable does not accept returns after 30 days. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We accepts product returns within 30 days of the product purchase date. We accepts returns only on items unopened in unused, like new condition with original inner and outer packaging. Items returned that have been used, or used in non authorized use or abused will be rejected and not returnable unless they have been damaged through shipping or defective. For returns you will need to contact us at email@example.com or call 786-622-1244 to request an RA to return. We will then issue the return information for shipping.
Vapamore Warranty And Repairs
For Vapamore warranty and repairs contact Vapamore direct for technical help and / or to schedule warranty work. Only Vapamore can service Vapamore products. Service provided or attempted by anyone other than Vapamore will void all warranties. This is in accordance with the ETL Certification and to maintain the Vapamore Lifetime Warranty. Please note, Royal Pedic mattresses and mattress pads are custom-made orders and are not returnable unless covered under the warranty.
Hygea Natural Returns
Hygea Natural products may be returned if the item packaging is unopened and unused. You have 7 days after the delivery to contact us to request an RMA number and instructions on where to return the item/items. If the item has been damaged or if it is physically defective then send a picture of the issue to email@example.com and we will begin the return process. If it is defective or physically damaged we will provide a return shipping label and the location where it has to go back. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return RMA will not be accepted.
If a unit arrives DOA (Dead on Arrival) within 60 days of purchase, Airfree will cover all shipping costs to and from within the USA contiguous states. Customer to pay for the return shipping costs to the Airfree authorized warranty and repair service center on warranty returns after 60 days from the date of the purchase. No returns for refund.
You have up to 30 days from the shipping date to return all SPT products for an exchange only. SPT products can not be returned for a refund. Call 786-622-1244 to request an RA for returning the product for an exchange. If the delivery is refused or rejected by the customer the customer will be responsible for the shipping charge to and from.

ProOne water filter returns
You have up to 21 days from the shipping date to contact us for returning all ProOne products. We will cover the return shipping if the product is defective or damaged from shipping. Call 786-622-1244 to request an RA for returning the product. If the delivery is refused or rejected by the customer the customer will be responsible for the shipping charge to and from.
WLH Bedding Returns
WLH pillows are custom hand-made to order. Unused bedding may be exchanged in its unopened original condition for items of equal or greater value than the original purchase within 30 days of the purchase date.
We can not accept returns for refund in any condition. Open packages, used or washed items can not be returned for refund or exchange.
For an unused unopened bedding or defective product exchange contact us at 786-622-1244 or send an email to email@example.com to request a return authorization with shipping instructions. You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product is defective or damaged.
Your WLH order may be cancelled with in 24 hours of placing it. These products are custom made to order so the process can not be stopped after 24 hours of placing the order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Replacement filters can not be returned unless you received the wrong item, a damaged or defective product and you have 30 days to return it.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
